Refined is located in the small town of Winamac Indiana, ran by a local owner who's dream was to bring value to the community and create a shop that offers a retail boutique feel without the price tag. Refined offers consignment services that allow the customer to not only offer new and gently used items but find unique items. Refined was started in 2010 and continues to offer one of a kind retail from clothing, furniture and everything in between. We handpick every item that comes through out doors!
